Dominion Brook Needs Our Help!
Dominion Brook Park was rescued from blackberries and ivy starting in 1999 by a group of dedicated volunteers. All of the original group have aged out of active work and the 11-acre park is now maintained by as few as two volunteers. The urgent need is a Field Work Coordinator. This is a volunteer role which requires a three-hour commitment on Wednesday mornings from March to October. For details email contactus@dominionbrookpark.ca. You can make the difference between keeping the park alive and losing it back to nature.
