Local charity Power To Be is inviting the community to shop, bid and make a difference through its 2026 Online Auction, which opens for bidding on Monday, November 9 and closes at 7 p.m. on Thursday, November 19.
The online fundraiser supports Power To Be’s inclusive outdoor programs for youth, adults and families living with cognitive, physical, financial and social barriers. Every bid helps create opportunities for people to build community and experience the freedom, connection and well-being that come from spending time in nature.
This year’s auction features an exciting collection of experiences and exclusive packages designed to appeal to a wide range of interests. Whether you’re planning a special gift, a memorable night on the town or an adventure for yourself, there is something for everyone.
Highlights include a luxurious getaway to Nimmo Bay, a world-renowned boutique resort in the heart of the Great Bear Rainforest, an unforgettable coastal B.C. kayaking trip from Spirit of the West Adventures, a chef and wine pairing experience at Marilena, and a Hockey Night in Vancouver package for sports fans. Bidders will discover a variety of local experiences, travel opportunities, dining packages and unique offerings generously donated by businesses and supporters across British Columbia
and beyond.
For nearly 30 years, Power To Be has been creating transformative opportunities for people of all abilities and backgrounds to experience the outdoors in meaningful ways. Every bid placed in the auction helps make these inclusive programs accessible to more people in our community, and ensures that Power To Be can continue opening doors to life-changing outdoor experiences.
