Keeping It Simple and Personal

Victoria born and a graduate of Claremont High School, I began my online career in Victoria in 2006, shortly thereafter moving to Vancouver in 2008 while working with a group of young entrepreneurs. We began building an online marketing company specializing in product sales and customer acquisition, and during the next four years we honed our skills by seeking out and working with many specialists in the field.

Throughout this time I began to undertake online contract work for several business interests in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario, connections I maintain today. Here at home, I readily offer my expertise and enthusiasm to charitable organizations Zajac Ranch and Living Rock Ministries, enhancing their fundraising capabilities and online presence.

Initially specializing in online product sales and customer acquisition, I identified a need, not only in myself but also in the ever-changing world of online marketing, to become more connected with clients and my community. I have a strong belief in simplifying the online presence while enhancing the business and its products in a manner easily identified and accessed by the consumer.

In 2012 I returned to Victoria and formed McNeill Solutions, a website and e-commerce design company enhanced by affiliate marketing, customer acquisition and email management – with a twist.

While continuing education and commitment are essential in such a complex industry, working alongside successful, entrepreneurial mentors has been a key to my personal and professional growth. The insights and personal tools I’ve developed through these relationships are evident in the increased value and expertise I now readily share with my clients. I have developed and maintained close contact with a number of local entrepreneurs and artists, incorporating their skills as I build my business.

Valuing face-to-face meetings and a handshake, as the creator of McNeill Solutions I seek a personal connection with clients. I strongly advocate personal meetings to discuss business operations, goals and dreams in order to clearly understand the needs of the client. Through this depth of understanding, I become invested in the success and continued growth of the company I’m showcasing.

With the focus on personal interaction, McNeill Solutions furthers my goal to create a collaboration of artists and entrepreneurs working together, building the business community. I strongly believe that through the strengthening of these relationships, we will not only benefit from the reintroduction of personal interaction but steadily grow as we add diverse creative perspectives to our projects and products.
